A new year and a new opportunity to do the things I've been meaning to but keep forgetting to. At this point I have come to the conclusion that any large scale projects like novels will probably have to wait and that I am better off working up to them through smaller stuff. Hopefully that means I will get off my butt and do some writing.

Another summer vacation

Quite a long time since my last journal entry and not much has changed since then. I've always been a fastidious and disatisfied worker and find it tough to complete a project to my satisfaction. As such I have a lot of ideas but spend a long time revising and rethinking them before I get around to actually doing them. Also, the year has been busier than usual now that I'm getting into the tougher college classes and spending a lot of time studying.

Back in college, not much going on

Ok, I admit my gallery has remained decidedly small, mostly because I've been busy with other things, sidetracked by writing projects, and so on. Now that I'm back at Lindenwood and saddled with a part-time job at the cafeteria as well, I probably won't have much time to dedicate to art. On the other hand, I hope that my idle sketching and brainstorming will soon yield something worth uploading. On the other hand, I'm finally making some progress on that Triumph over Anarchy novel in terms of prewriting (something I typically spend a whole lot of time on).
